Action Required: Provide/Verify UEI# in eBRAP.org Organization Profile

As of April 4th 2022, eBRAP has transitioned from use of DUNS # to the UEI # issued by Sam.gov. In order for eBRAP to process any applications submitted through Grants.gov, the UEI must be entered into the Organizational Profile.

Where possible a UEI has been pre-populated in eBRAP.org for your organization as registered in Sam.gov. Please review and update the UEI as necessary in eBRAP.

DoD organizations which do not have a UEI must enter a DoDAAC.

Steps to Follow to verify/update Organization Information:

  • Please go to eBRAP.org and log into your account
  • Click on "My Organizations" in the dropdown menu located to the left of the Log Out button
  • Click on Organization Profile Tab which will display current details for the organization you have approved.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Edit Organization" button
  • Make any necessary changes to the profile including entering the UEI
  • Please contact help@ebrap.org for assistance or if you wish to deactivate your account if no longer needed

Please invite your Authorized Organizational Representative to register your organization.

Start typing your organization name in the text box above and then select it in the drop-down list that appears. If your organization does not appear in the drop-down list, please enter your organization in the "Other Organization" field displayed below.

Upon completion of your registration, an email invitation notification will be sent to the AOR listed above requesting registration of the organization. Select Next to continue with the registration process.

PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT

Authorities: Section 113, Title 10, United States Code: Secretary of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 4.5.

Purposes: The information will be used in connection with the selection of qualified proposals submitted by applicants in order to make research awards. To permit authorized individuals to view their data for purpose of verifying its accuracy and to update the data when it is not current or is inaccurate. To audit user access to ensure that access is only granted to users that are authorized access to the information

Routine Uses: The information requested may be disclosed to qualified reviewers and staff assistants as part of the proposal review process, funding decisions, or the administration of research awards; or to other government agencies for comparison of funded research. eBRAP does not share information with any private organizations and does not collect information for commercial marketing.

Disclosure: Submission of the information is voluntary. Failure to provide full and complete information, however, may reduce the possibility of receiving a research award.
